Hugo takes the time to understand each patient, so they can take the leading role in their own recovery. Over 16 years in clinic and sport, he has worked in sports such as basketball, football, futsal, handball and athletics, and regularly supports high-level athletes in preventing and treating injuries. Close to his patients, he explains each step clearly and adapts the treatment as they progress. He combines therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and dry needling in the treatment of acute and chronic pain, post-operative recovery and active ageing. He also sees children for paediatric physiotherapy, as well as patients with TMJ dysfunction and scoliosis.
